Paper stick sculpture and wire sculpture. Paper stick sculpture workshops enable children to make paper ‘sticks’ from old newspapers using a hand cranked rolling machine and wire the paper sticks into sculptural forms. Wire sculpture workshops enabling children to produce wire mechanical sculptures.
Paper sculpture. ‘Pop up’ paper techniques to make ‘pop up’ cards, books, boxes or sculpture.
Clay & natural material sculpture. Designing & making a sculpture in the landscape using natural materials such as willow.
Textile & soft sculpture. Workshops designed to a theme enabling pupils to produce a textile sculpture whilst experimenting with colour, texture and form.
3D & textiles sculpture workshops working with found and recycled materials. Each workshop is tailored to the age/ability group and can be designed to fit a theme.
Natural history based sculpture workshops for primary age groups concentrating on making insect forms from clay, wire, beads, foils and metals.
Mixed media sculpture. Workshops for all ages experimenting with plaster, clay, found objects, paint, varnish, polystyrene, resin, wax etc. including casting techniques.
Development of Maritime Themes – historical, mythical, metaphorical. Drawing and constructing visual 2D & 3D forms & prototypes from individual collections of driftwood & found objects.
Painter. Painting, mural, sculpture, printmaking, theatre workshops to suit any age group in response to the groups’ & teachers requirements.
