Sense of place/ Location based project useing collage, printing techniques. Collage projects, using papers, paint, simple printmaking, photography, moulding, casting and assemblage.
Soft sculpture, casting, collage, photography, textiles and paper. Workshops designed around a theme enabling pupils to experiment with colour, texture and form.
Self build. An exploration of shelters in a variety of environments using design and structural elements to create works sensitive to their ‘landscapes’.
Cube Jigsaw. Making giant size cube jigsaw puzzles with original images/textures created by children.
Painter. Painting, mural, sculpture, printmaking, theatre workshops to suit any age group in response to the groups’ & teachers requirements.
Plaster of Paris casting. Creating casts of children’s hands using damp sand moulds and plaster of Paris.
Mosaic workshops tailored for any age group looking at pattern, shape and colour and using Roman mosiacs and moderns designs as a reference.
Latex Masks. Modelling with clay over plaster heads provided and creating a mask using liquid latex and scrim which is ready to paint with an hour.
