Workshop Proposals : Mixed-media/collage workshop: Creating collage/ mixed-media artwork combining personal artefacts and photocopies, participants will complete artwork that holds an intimate meaning to the creator. This workshop aims to encourage artistic-confidence and is suitable for all ages and all abilities.

Batik-type workshop: Creating a design using Rainforest imagery, participants will draw final designs in wax with inks and dyes then used to complete the artwork. Participants can also draw one-another to incorporate as tribal figures into the designs.

Drawing workshop: Using a range of materials participants will both model (clothed) and draw from life. This workshop will encourage concentration, thorough observation and accurate mark-making. Participants will consider how the use of different materials affects the final outcome.

Print-making workshop: Participants will combine text and imagery in order to create alphabet-cards. Final designs will be completed using a mono-print technique, which can be kept very simple, is spontaneous and is ideal for all ages and abilities.

Bridgewater College. Certificate in Management for Creative Practitioners. City of Bath College. Certificate in Arts Practice & Venue Management.
North East Wales College of FE, Higher National Diploma, Illustration (Distinction). Trowbridge Technical College. BTEC National Diploma, Graphics (Merit).
